Platform

One foundation for knowledge, voice and automation.

Retrieval, permissions, business logic and the audit trail are built once, on your infrastructure. Chat, voice, API and MCP are just ways in.

In short

DeepVox is a sovereign AI platform: a knowledge and retrieval core, voice agents and AI automation that share one foundation, your knowledge, access control and audit trail, and run entirely on infrastructure you control.

How the parts fit

Built once, reached many ways.

Most clients start with knowledge and retrieval, then add voice and automation on the same foundation.

  1. Connect your knowledge

Connectors sync your documents, wikis, tickets and records, and carry each source’s permissions across.

  2. Govern it

Access by department, role and person; document owners and review dates keep content accurate.

  3. Answer and act

Assistants answer with cited sources; voice agents and automations complete work in your systems.

  4. Log everything

Every question, answer, approval and action lands in an audit trail you control.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is DeepVox a product or a service?

Both. Most engagements customise open-source components you keep. Our own platform is an alternative for the assistant layer when speed matters more than full ownership.

Does any data leave our infrastructure?

No. The models, connectors, logs and answers run in your environment. A hosted model is used only if you choose one for a specific task.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most clients start with one knowledge assistant over a few sources, then add voice and automation.
