How we work
We start with your requirement, not our demo.
Discovery first, then a transparent map from what you need to the tools that fit. Often that means open-source components you keep outright. The decision rests on evidence.

In short
DeepVox works in four steps: discovery of your knowledge, permissions, processes and regulatory boundary; mapping of requirements to scored options; customization and integration on your real systems; and operation with handover documentation. Each step ends in a deliverable you keep.
Four steps
In order, each one earning the next.
Discovery
What knowledge exists and where, who may see what, which processes cost time, which systems must be integrated, where the regulatory boundary sits. A paid engagement with a deliverable, not a sales call.
Mapping
Requirements become weighted criteria. Two or three candidates per layer are scored on fit, integration effort, security, total cost and operational burden, with the working shown, including when off-the-shelf beats building.
Customization
We configure, extend and integrate the chosen stack against your real systems and permission model. What is missing gets built, and the source is delivered to you.
Operation
Deployment, training, handover documentation and runbooks, then managed support if you want it. If not, you run it yourself or hand it to someone else.
Example scoring
Options scored openly, ours included.
An illustrative score for one layer. Real scores come from your weighted criteria.
| Option | Weighted score (of 100) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Open-source stack | 86 | Selected: best fit and full ownership |
| DeepVox platform | 78 | Faster to deploy; licensed |
| Vendor product | 64 | Per-seat cost; limited control |
What you end up with
Exit cost is knowledge transfer, not licence forfeiture.
- A running system on your own infrastructure.
- Source code for everything we built, from the first commit.
- Fine-tuned model weights, where used.
- Open formats and documented APIs throughout.
- Runbooks your team, or a successor, can take over.
- A rehearsed exit test, walked through before you ask.
Forward-deployed
Or embed an engineer with your team.
For clients who want speed: a fixed-price engagement with an engineer embedded in your environment and IP transferring to you from the first commit.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is discovery really paid?
Yes. It is a two-week, fixed-price sprint with a costed recommendation you keep, credited against the next stage.
What if you recommend someone else’s product?
Then that is the recommendation. Scoring is transparent and we accept independent review.
