AI automation
From answering questions to removing work.
The system reads the document, applies your rules, updates the record, routes the exception to a person and logs everything, on the same foundation as your knowledge assistant.

In short
Enterprise AI automation uses language models to complete multi-step work, such as reading invoices, triaging tickets or drafting reports, inside your own systems. In regulated settings it works best with human approval at defined gates and a full audit trail, which DeepVox builds in by default.
What we automate
Six places to start.
Document processing
Intake, classification, extraction, validation, routing, filing.
Tickets and requests
Triage, routing, drafted responses, resolution, escalation.
Data pipelines
Ingestion, cleaning, enrichment, syncing between systems.
Approvals and workflows
Multi-step routing, rules-based decisions, sign-off tracking.
Content and reports
Scheduled assembly, narrative generation, distribution.
Monitoring and alerting
Watching sources for change, filtering signal, notifying.
Human-in-the-loop by design
Built for the auditor, not around them.
In regulated environments, “the AI drafts, a named person approves, and the approval is logged” is what makes automation possible.
The AI drafts
It reads the input, applies your rules and prepares the output with its confidence.
A person approves
Anything below threshold or outside policy goes to a named approver.
The system acts
Approved work is filed, sent or updated in your systems.
Everything is logged
Input, draft, approver, decision and action are kept for audit.

Where to be careful
Some automations are high-risk.
Under the EU AI Act, automations that make or shape employment decisions (such as CV screening), score the creditworthiness of individuals, or function as a medical device are high-risk and carry heavy obligations. Following the Digital Omnibus, the Annex III high-risk obligations apply from 2 December 2027.
We can build in these areas, but they are scoped, documented and priced accordingly. We tell you where the line is before you cross it.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can the automation run without a human?
Where the risk is low and your policy allows, yes. By default we set approval gates and confidence thresholds, and you decide where to relax them.
Do you offer fixed-price automations?
Yes, for the most repeatable ones: document intake, contract and obligation extraction, and regulatory change monitoring. Everything else is scoped in discovery.
Which tools run the workflows?
Typically n8n or custom services on Kubernetes, calling the same retrieval and models as your assistant.
