In short

DeepVox gives legal teams an AI assistant and automations that review contracts against the firm’s or company’s own playbook, find precedent across past matters and extract obligations, running entirely on infrastructure the legal team controls so privileged and confidential material never reaches a third-party AI service.

What it does

What Legal gets.

Contract review

Clauses compared with your playbook; deviations flagged with suggested fallback wording.

Precedent and clause search

Find how you handled a clause before, across matters and templates.

Obligation extraction

Deadlines, renewals and duties pulled into a register with owners.

Regulatory change monitoring

New rules summarised and matched to the policies they affect.

How it works

Step by step.

  1. Upload or connect

Contracts arrive from email, SharePoint or your document system.

  2. Review against the playbook

Each clause is checked and deviations are marked with reasons.

  3. Lawyer approves

A named lawyer accepts, edits or rejects each suggestion.

  4. Filed and logged

The reviewed draft and the decision trail are stored with the matter.

Access control

Who can do what.

  • Only the legal team can use the contract agent.
  • Matter-level permissions carried from your document system.
  • Asking and editing contracts are separate permissions.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does it protect privilege and professional secrecy?

The system runs on your infrastructure, so client material is not disclosed to an AI vendor. For German professional secrecy (§203 StGB), self-hosting avoids the disclosure question that cloud AI raises.

Can it use our own playbook?

Yes. The playbook is the reference; we encode your positions and fallbacks during customization.
